We want to give you the possibility of becoming exclusive owners of a boat for the time of the year chosen by you, using the formula of Time Sharing.
You only have to set sail and live your dream.

Compagnia delle Vele is born of the initiative of two friends, being fond of both sea and sailing boats.
We put our fleet at your disposal and you become proprietary of the boat for a time of the year, but you do not have to bear all the costs and the engagements the property requires.Our professionals' team will be responsible for the boat and mooring management.
This is what Sail Company, unique in Italy, is able to offer you.
You will live the sea in absolute freedom, autonomy and safety.

- Service. We ensure every type of service with an active effectiveness 24 hours a day
- Store-room supplying: who wanted already to find the store-room aboard, must only let us previously know the " bill of fare " and Compagnia delle Vele will arrange for all the rest.
- Shuttle: transfer from the nearest airport and/or station to the ports.
- free of charge in the not kept car parking of the quay, with a pass assigned by us (one car)
- on payment in a kept car park
- on Saturday afternoon at 17, the check in is made to the boarding: we give you a board stock-list and check it together (in this way you will be sure of receiving the boat with all the equipments necessary).
- Fuel:the boat is delivered with the tank filled up.
- Skipper and/or hostess: will be provided, on demand, and the cost will be quantified when required.
- the return is foreseen on Friday evening within the 24 hours
- it is also allowed to sleep aboard.
- on Saturday morning the landing will be foreseen at 9.00 with the boat restitution
- Check out: on stock-list, we verify that damages or lacks have not been done to the boat during the lease
- Reconsignment:the boat must have the tank filled up.
- Formality:some days before the departure we ask our customers the transmission of the crew-list, a photocopy of the navigation license and the captain’s RTF certificate

- Certainly! In fact besides be a deductible product, is an excellent tool to test new groups of work and highlight affinity or incompatibility.
- The difference between Time Sharing and the charter is substantial. The charter is a classical hire, while Time Sharing is a real buying contract (notarial) with time limit.
- Time Sharing is a fixed-term enjoyment contract of a property, while in multiproperty it is a open-fixed enjoyment contract of a property. In both cases co-owners usually actively participate to common good expenses, but this does not happen with Compagnia delle Vele.
- Assuming that you had to rent a boat with charter formula with respect to our proposal, you would spend about more than 30% within the span of 10 years.
- Yes, absolutely! For seriousness and transparency, however, we want to inform you any way that if the owner of the previous period should cause damages to the boat that could not be repaired in due time, Compagnia delle Vele will put another one at your disposal having the same or superior features, enabling you to leave with your boat.
- You can make use of the sublease right. In this case if you want, Compagnia delle Vele will be responsible for you of hiring the boat in your period, doing you recover the expenses of the period at issue.
- Other ports will be opened, for giving you the possibility of choosing always more striking routes
- Luggage:take with you little luggage in soft bags and sportswears;
- Shoes/down-at-heel shoes with white rubber sole and anti-skid are the only one admitted.
- Medicines: take with you a medicinal anti-nausea, above all in the first days of navigation and if it is the first time you "sail".
- Sea-sickness and earth-sickness: In case of sea-sickness you should remain on the bridge and fix a horizon point. When you get off the boat could come you the "earth-sickness": it means that, by now, you are used to the boat rolling and it is good sign!
- Feeding: we advise you to eat little and well during the navigation. In this way you will be always ready to every event (a refreshing dive or the big sea).

Every Time sharing project of the Compagnia delle Vele has the name of a boat belonging to our fleet.
The person interested in a certain year time buys a share of the boat, equipped with every tool of navigation and equipments for safety and comfort.
If the buyer is interested in the project, he books the purchase will, through a minimum advance poured in a bound bottom.
At this point, Compagnia delle Vele expects a time limit (120 days) within which it will be possible to understand, from the number of undersigned shares (minimum 7), if the boat project will leave or not.
When the number of useful shares is reached, Compagnia delle Vele will arrange for the convocation of the participants to the project for the time sharing contract drawing up in presence of a notary. For the contractual details it will be possible to contact our persons in charge directly.
If the attainment of the minimum number of the shares did not take place, then the whole advance would be returned.

The contractual formula adopted by Compagnia delle Vele is Time Sharing: "partial time enjoyment contract of the mobile or immobile goods".
The participant buys two or more weeks of holiday on the sailing boat, becoming the exclusive owner , for the time of the year agreed upon. During the other year times other participants, who have followed the same procedure, are boat owners to the same conditions.
